In Nagasaki Prefecture, where a lot of marine debris washes ashore, Yasuhide Kumagawa, who returned to his hometown after various twists and turns, has risen up with the desire to recycle and reuse this waste.

Despite his strong passion, he faced the harsh reality that cleaning up requires human resources, materials, and funding, leading to days where he struggled to get things moving, working part-time jobs to get by.

He ended up being labeled as just a "trash-picking man."

Despite this, he started gathering allies, but faced a new reality: "It's hard to make this a profitable business," and "People are less likely to act without money involved."

Will he be able to reach the goal of recycling the waste? And can it be sustained economically?

Is it possible to continue doing "good for the ocean" based solely on passion?

In his 60s, a challenge from almost ground zero begins.
